Why does my smart switch need a neutral wire?
Most smart switches need a small, steady amount of power to stay connected. The neutral wire provides it. Older homes often lack neutrals at switches.
What if my switch box has no neutral?
We can run a neutral, or install a smart switch model made to work without one, depending on the setup.
Why does my video doorbell keep restarting?
The doorbell transformer is often too weak. We install a properly sized transformer and check the chime wiring.
Does my smart thermostat need a C-wire?
Many do. Without one, the thermostat can lose power and go offline. We can add a C-wire or an adapter.
